Return Policy

While we trust that you'll be satisfied with your purchases, we recognize that occasionally items may not meet your expectations. If you need to return something, you have a 14-day window to do so.

Before sending back any merchandise, please ensure that the return is authorized by contacting us at info@amer.com.lb within 14 days of receiving your order. Once authorized, we'll provide you with detailed instructions for the return process.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted for gift cards, and postage costs are non-refundable. Also, customers are responsible for the shipment of the returned item and custom duties. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Should you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We'll assess the situation and take necessary steps to rectify it.

Exchanges:

For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed, you can make a new purchase for the desired item. Alternatively, we can reserve items for exchange, but we'll dispatch them only upon receiving your original order.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
