A childhood companion of his, guilt subtly guides our decisions, often triggered by memories or reflections. It can make us question pursuing our dreams, enjoying life’s pleasures, or feel selfish for leaving loved ones behind.

Despite its familiarity, it encourages self-reflection, reminding us that it is part of being human and that it is okay to feel this way.
